Eczema – Dehumidifiers & Air Purifiers
Eczema is a common skin condition of which the exact causes are not fully known. Those prone to allergies, hay fever or asthma may be more likely to struggle with Eczema. While allergens are not the sole culprit, it is a distinct environmental factor that you can manage.

While the exact cause of psoriasis is unknown, one way of reducing and managing it better is to stop smoking.
It is common knowledge that nicotine can do significant harm and damage to the body. which observed smokers are more likely to catch psoriasis and experience more severe symptoms. This could be due to nicotine directly inflaming the skin.

Rosacea – Sunscreen
Rosacea is a skin condition which affects the chin, nose, cheeks and forehead. It begins with the flushing of the cheeks before progressing to permanent redness, spots and visible blood vessels. In severe cases, it can cause the nose to enlarge and eyes to become dry and sore.
There are many causes of rosacea which can exacerbate the condition further. The most common is overexposure to sunlight. A sun cream with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 30 can help reduce your exposure and is recommended. Other creams with a broader spectrum against UVB should also be used.
By managing and limiting your exposure to sunlight during the summer months, especially during the hottest point of the day, you can better control your rosacea.
Top tip: Protect already sensitive skin from further flare-ups with a good quality SPF.
