Menopause is not an illness or medical condition. It’s proven that a healthy diet can help many women cope with their menopausal changes better. Eating plenty of fruit and vegetables and cutting out processed and refined foods is therefore recommended, whatever other therapies you choose. Cutting down on sugar and alcohol consumption will help ease unwanted symptoms too. Do plenty of exercise
